Kip Kane, Int'l Auctioneer & Appraiser President of International Boat & Marine Auction Services, Inc., International Resort & Marine Auction Services, Inc. and holds a Commercial Realty and Auctioneers License for most states. Mr. Kane is a graduate of Cornell University Business School and a graduate of Missouri Auction School and holds the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAJ) designation and membership in the National Auctioneers Association.

Capt. Johan Schild graduated from the maritime Academy with a BS in Marine Transportation and holds a master mariner license, all ships/all seas. Captain Schild. has been involved in the maritime industry as a marine surveyor, adjuster, consultant, tow master, salvage master and project manager for many years serving ship owners, cargo owners, admiralty attorney, marine underwriters and P&I Clubs. Capt. Schild also graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans with a MBA degree and completed Doctoral studies in International business at the Nova University in ft Lauderdale, which proved to be an asset in major maritime projects, Capt Schild joined (IB&M) in their commercial salvage and recovery department.
